Load testing
Computerised spring testing
Our Kalpak STM-1000-C spring testing machine (10 kN capacity) measures load against deflection, so each batch can be checked against the load on your drawing.
- Wire grade and diameter checked before production
- Load against deflection measured on a computerised tester
- Free length, diameters and coil count inspected with measuring instruments
- Stress relieving and presetting to keep springs stable in service
- Packed to prevent tangling and damage in transit

How every spring is made
- 01
Drawing review
Send a drawing, a sample or just the application. We confirm wire, dimensions and load with you.
- 02
Wire selection
Wire of the right grade and diameter is selected and checked before production.
- 03
CNC coiling
Springs and wire forms are coiled and formed on CNC machines for repeatable results.
- 04
Stress relieving
Springs are heat treated in our furnace to remove forming stresses.
- 05
Presetting
Where needed, springs are preset on a hydraulic press so they hold their height.
- 06
Testing
Load is checked on a computerised tester and dimensions with measuring instruments.
- 07
Dispatch
Packed to protect the springs and dispatched from our Bhosari works.
