04 · Heat treatment
Stress Relieving Furnace
Heat treatment after coiling relieves the stress built up during forming, so springs keep their size and load in use.
05 · Presetting
Hydraulic Press
Used to preset (scrag) springs and set load, which reduces settling once the spring is in service.
06 · Load testing
Computerised Spring Testing Machine
Kalpak STM-1000-C with 10 kN capacity. Measures load against deflection so every batch can be checked against your specification.
